Jamie in the breakfast buffet was amazing in her customer service. I picked this place because of the refrigerator and microwave, despite being 20 mins away where I had to meet my skating camp. Because of her professionalism I would pick Viaggio again.

The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the bed is super big and comfortable, nice toiletries, room comes with a fridge and a microwave so you be self sufficient

This modern hotel is perfectly located for the hipster Chapinero, but not in the middle. Near the Translineo, services, and the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT! Breakfast was delicious!

Extremely comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and did their best despite the language barrier.

Location was close to some great restaurants and a short taxi to all the main attractions. Very clean and friendly approachable staff.

the location is great and the room is comfortable. that hotel has the necessary to pass the night however the room doesn’t have a iron. I think is very important to travelers
